A weekend with Django

Sunday, 20th March

Friday was M/s night, I feel obligated to go, but we had a good evening. Lots of people wanted to hear about our trip to Germany, so I gave a short talk, as did the slave. I am getting a bit uncomfortable how much interest the blog is creating, we have had some good feedback and good discussions on the clubs website ( a big THANK YOU to our website company to implement the forum so quickly and maintaining it, and adding the contractors site, which has a lot of businesses and reviews, and has now been expanded to all of Sweden.), but I think I will change it, publish less, and keep it more general. I will still be keeping my private diary. The slave has always kept his shorter anyway.

I do not know why I decided in the first place to write it, I guess I never expected so many people to read it.

Saturday we went to the house, and had lunch there. Torben called, if we can look after Django, he had been called in to work and Stine was working as well. The snow meant some people could not come in. We were happy to have him. We offered to have him for the whole weekend, which was gladly accepted. Now that we have decided to move here, we discussed what we need to take from the flat. Of course this is a complete household. We do have a big attic, where every tenant has storage, I will most likely leave some stuff there, like books, winter clothes etc. We are considering letting it part furnished, leave all the kitchen stuff and the play room, as we have all that gear here.

When I moved into the flat, I bought new furniture for every room, but not at the house, only the bed. I want to bring all the furniture, I particularly want my sofa from the flat. The slave wants to bring the kitchen table, he connects it with some special times. There are 2 rooms here in the roof space, one is set up as a bedroom, the other one as an office. We rarely use the space. I guess we could just swap some furniture around. I need to get rid of the sofa from the house, we could not get it up 4 floors.

Ben enjoyed playing with Django in the garden in the snow, we had been to the park too. In the evening they were crashed out on the floor. I had put Ben into some rope. Django looked on very interested, he thought it was a game and kept taking the end of the rope.

Sunday Ben got up early and took Django for a walk, then they surprised me with breakfast in bed. If we ever get a dog, it will NOT be allowed in the bedroom. I could not enjoy my boy.

We had a nice lunch, Ben cooked a vegetarian dish he had learned at the Bhuddist Centre, then we took Django for a walk. I enjoyed having the dog, but it was nice when Stine picked him up. We told her we are moving to the house for the whole summer, she immediately asked if we can have Django more often, the kid who helps out with walks, is wrapped up with school exams. The boy looked at me pleadingly, of course I could not resist him, but I warned them that we might not be as available.

I have booked the conference, hopefully the boy has passed the driving test, then we will drive down to Kopenhagen.
